I construct each course to suit the ability and tastes of the client, you choose the cuisine and I will show you how to source the freshest ingredients and then create something to be proud of. With my passion for cooking and a patient personality I can help even the most feared home cooks transform themselves into capable entertainers.

Lessons are for a minimum of 4 hours, conducted in your own home and can include trips to local suppliers and markets if requested.
