Tyrone is a superb chef who cooked for us – six adults and seven
children – on a week-long villa holiday in Majorca. He was a pleasure
to have around, reliable, organised and amazingly adaptable, producing
something to please everyone, from Banoffee Pie for the kids to a
wonderfully subtle Thai curry.
I was impressed by Tyrone’s sourcing of fresh food and his
ability to improvise when a certain ingredient was not available. We
enjoyed some elaborate cuisine as well as his simpler pasta dishes.
One fish casserole should be on the menu in Heaven! He was also very
particular about details, even taking the trouble to prepare special
nuts, olives and breads for appetizers.
I would happily eat Tyrone's food every day, although I would end
up the size of one of the yachts he worked on. We can't recommend him
highly enough.

We were all really impressed by your efficiency and planning, not to mention the fantastic menu and your amiable personality. You made our evening very relaxed and enjoyable. P.S I was very impressed with the price. And I'm so sorry about my cousins girlfriend waiting until the night to decide she prefered the vegetarian option, well done for having extras.
